• Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and version
• Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs

3. Photo Data: Collection, Use, and Retention

We take your photo privacy extremely seriously. Here's exactly how we handle your images:

3.1 Photo Processing

• Your uploaded photos are used solely to train a personalized AI model for generating your images
• Photos are processed on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest
• We do not manually review your photos except when required for support issues you report or to investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service

3.2 Prohibited Photo Content

You may not upload or generate:

• Photos of anyone under 18 years of age
• Nude, sexually explicit, or inappropriate content
• Content depicting illegal activities
• Photos of individuals without their consent

We reserve the right to delete any content that violates these restrictions and terminate accounts that upload prohibited content. See our Terms of Service for complete details on prohibited uses.

3.3 AI Training

• Your photos are used to create a temporary AI model specific to your photo session
• We do NOT use your photos to train our general AI models
• We do NOT use your photos to improve services for other users
• Your personal AI model is used only for your photo generation session

3.4 Photo Retention

• All uploaded and generated images are automatically deleted after 30 days
• Once deleted, images cannot be recovered — please download your photos before the 30-day period expires
• You can delete your photos at any time through your account dashboard
• Upon account deletion, all associated photos are permanently deleted immediately
• We recommend downloading your generated photos promptly after creation

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf:

• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
• Astria: AI image generation processing
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Railway: Application hosting

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.3 Business Transfers

4.4 What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal information to third parties
• We never share your photos with other users
• We never use your photos for advertising without consent
• We never share your data with data brokers

• Users may not upload photos of anyone under 18 years of age
• Users may not generate AI images depicting minors in any context
• If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data
• If we discover photos of minors have been uploaded, we will delete them immediately and may terminate the associated account
